Look where you want to go. while using your friction zone be sure to turn your head and look where you want to go, keep your eyes fixed on your destination. It works.

Look up ride like a pro. Jerry posts on you tube, has some great videos and books that are worth the investment. Read how to and go to a parking lot and practice, practice practice. You'll get it!!!

Practice, practice, practice the friction zone.
Anybody can ride at higher speeds, you need to work on your friction zone in a parking lot.

DON'T use the front brake

In parking lots and other slow areas, absolutely do NOT use your front brake. Use the back brake only (and clutch / friction zone). Try it and I suspect you'll be able to eventually report back and say that this tactic has made a huge positive difference. Good luck!
