Freedom. Riding is like having my own magic carpet. I love the immediate speed and acceleration of a motorcycle. It's a bonus that I can see the Golden Gate bridge over my head as I cross it, smell the Eucalyptus trees, feel the wind on my face.

It's not that difficult to understand that biking engages all five senses, what I have found is that with all 5 senses intact and working correctly you learn that life is wonderful and the sometimes hairy moments you get are dealt with by your senses and your experience, I believe that fear is a big big factor and should never be under estimated nor ignored. People ride bikes for all sorts of reasons. Personally I am trying to get order, control and self discipline back into my life. That.s my story, who cares anyway. It is to be enjoyed and to live. What I find amongst most groups of riders is that when they are out and about, they are happy, sociable and polite, which sadly where I live is quite uncommon...

PS..I typed why men ride into Google and found that only women care to share their experience..lol
