A new start

Well, I use to ride on the back of my husbands bike he didn't want me to have one and I could only have long hair. I was so hot under that helmet in the Texas heat. Long story short he left me two years ago. Now its me and my 2 kids, so I said to myeslf I going to do what I want to do. I went out and got my own bike a year and half ago and shaved all my hair off and this past June. I went even shorter after seeing a women at walmart with a man flattop hair cut. I just love the way it looked on her and the next day I had my hair cut into a flattop and that's why I ride it's my new life.

Thank you ladies for all of your kind words they mean a lot to me. Thanks to the women at walmart with the flattop. She changed my life and did not even know it. I never dreamed I would have hair this short but I look so much better.

your hair looks great! I have short hair also Pixie cut. I just had to show my hubby to see what a guy would think about such a extreme short cut on a female. He liked it a lot. He asked me when I'm getting the same cut. Maybe next summer. I'm so happy for you getting your own bike and all. I got mine 4 years ago.

I just love your FLATTOP haircut!! I wish I had the guts to shave mine off the same way. I have seen a few women with flattops and they all look great! I guess some women can pull it off and be sexy. Best short cut I have seen in a while.
You should keep this style.

I recently viewed a utube of a lady who has a shaved head. She is beautiful, cocoa color with a perfectly shaped head. With just the right amount of make-up she is beautiful. Her husband loves it too and only he is allowed to rub her head. She & her hubby both have large cruiser bikes and you can tell she is full of self-confidence.

I give you credit for taking the step. Obviously a good choice for you!

Connie, thank you so much for the kind words. I almost backed out at the last second, but I am so glad I went through with getting this haircut. It's a big step for any woman, but I have had nothing but support from men and women. Over the past few months I had several women at bike shows ask how I like it, and that they would like to try the same cut. They even brought their hubands over to see my hair. I get lots of double takes from men, hope it's a good thing.
