2009 750 Honda Shadow

Allow me to introduce Pearl. I was interested in a 650 V Star when I started looking, but I saw this one and fell in love. I am a new rider, had my license for about a season, and was really silly, as my qualifications for a bike were that it sat low (I'm 5'1") and it was pearlized white. I had no idea how much I would love the performance of this bike. Very smooth, friction zone is amazing and cornering is a dream with her. I am very happy with my bike and I'm looking forward to many many rides on her.

Gorgeous bike Pearl. Looks like it was meant for you.

I ride a Shadow too and love the nice low stance so that my feet are solid on terra ferma. Odd color though - Sea Foam Green! Much older also (1985). She's all original for the most part and what isn't, was taken off the same make/model. (We call him Don - as in Don-ator and his home is in the garage for this year at least.) She still runs and rides without effort and absolutely loves the open road, long runs and if you don't keep an eye on the speedometer...speed and lots of it.

Probably the best thing about her though is that she attracts the stares of children in cars for some reason. The big wide eyed looks and smiles we get when I wave to them when we're stopped is just priceless and so much fun to watch.

Enjoy your gorgeous lady, Pearl. She's going to take you on some great runs for a long, long time.
