2007 Honda Shadow Sabre

For a big bike ( 1100cc ) its' seat height is very comfortable. It has plenty of power and is big enough, though this will be on rare occasions, to ride 2 up. I like the look of it. We went into the dealer to look at 750s and saw this one and that was all she wrote! My only complaint is that the carburator is up under the gas tank which makes for a shallow tank. Alot of splashing of gas if you are not slow and careful. The pegs are in front abit, I like this relaxed position. I am told it resembles a Harley...I do not care about that so much, I just really like the way it looks...like a motorcycle. This is my first bike and if all goes well I should be riding it for a long time to come.

Don't Cry

You can still buy them brand new from Shawnee Honda in Oklahoma a few miles from Oklahoma City. That is where I got mine and would cry too if I lost it. They go for somewhere between $6,300 and $7,000 right out of the crate. Great bike!

2007 Sabre
by: Sharon

Hey...well, I put 4432 miles on her from May til Nov. I am really enjoying riding this bike, too bad it will be put up for the next several months. I just wish I did not wait til I was almost 50 to learn to ride! Hopefully I will have a good 20 years in the saddle. Having put the saddlebags on it made it very handy for running errands and believe me I was jumping at almost every chance to run out on her. I hope to have this bike a long time. I get a lot of comments about it....even had some guy on a Harley pull slowly past and say he loved me! (Had on my pink jacket)! LOL

Sabre
by: larry

I have a 2007 Sabre and I have put 5800 miles on the bike since Feb 08, this a great bike to ride. You get everything you need in cruiser in this bike. I ride almost daily due to living in the Florida panhandle. I ride to work almost every day, plus look for excuses just to ride the Sabre, so my wife says. It is a pleasure to ride. I have been riding since I was 16 and now I am 50 and I still find pleasure in my Sabre. I hate that Honda stopped production of this great bike.It is a truly smooth machine to ride.

I miss it!
by: Jessica

Ohhh . .. this makes me cry because I bought that very same bike (diff paint job) and had it for less than three months before I crashed it. I miss it so much! What a great bike! Truly . . . . *sniffle*
