2005 Yamaha V Star 1100

Decided last year out of the blue I wasn't gonna be just a passenger anymore so... I started looking for a used bike and ended up buying a 1999 Yamaha V Star 650 and started riding. Excellent starter bike easy to ride. By June, I got my license and this year just moved up to a Yamaha 1100... I love it!

I also started on a Yamaha 650, then went to a V star 1300 but just didn't like the feel so went to a 2005 V star 1100 and I love it. Pearl White

My starter bike was a 2008 Triumph Bonneville. I loved the bike but it wasn't a cruiser and would kill me on long rides. I found a beautiful 2002 V-Star 1100 just over a year ago. It only had 15000 miles and was well kept. I love this bike! It is black but I always love white bikes. Yours is really nice!

It's like you just wrote "that's my life". I started on a V-star 650 in May of 2008 and rode the daylights out of that bike, 32,000 miles in a two years. We were going to Sturgis in 2010 so we decided i needed to upgrade and bought my 2005 V-star 1100. Love it so much.

Great Choice!

Great choice! When I got my license, I found a 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 Ltd. Great starter bike. (It's for sale now!) After three seasons of riding it, my boyfriend surprised me by buying me a 2004 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Classic. Love it! This bike meets my needs and I love the classic look of it. Enjoy!
