I can't ride angry

I have to calm myself down to ride. If I'm angry, I ride stupid. But knowing that I have to be calm to ride helps me get over the anger so that I can get on my bike :-) I have been known to get off my bike and pace in a parking lot for a few minutes when I realized I was doing something dumb.
