Starting a New Group

I'm interested in starting a new riding group for women only in the Milford, Cincinnati, Ohio area. Nothing territorial, just ladies who want to ride and have fun and build a sisterhood to support other groups and causes, without the headache of hosting. I've been in all that, and it wound up being more of a hassle than anything and who needs that when you can still help others and enjoy it at the same time?

I would like some input and suggestions on getting this off the ground.

Womens Riding Groups

Hello,

I hear you- I would love to ride with a group of women who want to ride 200-300 miles or so on a Saturday.

Have you looked at WOW, Women On Wheels www.womenonwheels.org or Motor Maids? Both are good organizations and promote women motorcycling (novice or highly experienced). I am a member of WOW and have met many wonderful like minded women on line; although no members in my area of N.Idaho as yet. Hoping to change that soon.

New Group

As I've met other women in the area, we have exchanged phone numbers and occasionally we get together to do a ladies ride. No clubs, no endless fund-raising and bickering. We just ride to ride. One of the ladies dubbed our group "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun". That we do!
