New Rider

Hi, I just turned 42 in February and on March 16, 2011, I bought my first Harley. I have ridden dirt bikes way back when, but never a street bike. I have wanted a Harley for the last 10 years, I had all my riding gear purchased for the last 3 years and always put it off due to being a single mom with 4 girls, well now I finally I have my bike. I bought an 06 XL883C Sportster. Cant wait to get out there and ride. Its nice to see so many other women riders....

All I can say is YOU GO GIRL! Just get out and ride. If your nervous, try to find a good riding partner, but get out in the wind. I call it my wind therapy!
