New Do Rag

by Laurie
(Norfolk, VA)

Look, I'm not on commission here or anything - but I am loving the new "Do Rag" I found here on this site, at 2UpTouring. It has a pocket in the back that my long hair is supported in, and it takes just a moment to tie it up before I put my helmet on.

My hair feels so much softer, my scalp hasn't been itchy, and it has really helped my hair to look both less frizzy, and less smashed in when the helmet comes off! I think it is protecting my hair from the damage of the helmet going on and off, so I also think my hair is going to continue to improve over the long term - less frizz, less breakage, less hair damaged by flying around while riding.

It's easy, it's comfortable, and it doesn't look as odd on me as anything else I've tried. The fabric is soooooo soft and stretchy.

Honest, I am not getting anything for this, I just love it. I bought 2, and will definitely be buying some more! The basic black is enough, and goes with everything, but I also got a shiny silver/black one, and it is so fun, I want some other colors!

I wish I could have found these years ago! I had given up on ever having nice hair again - but I think I've finally found a solution that really works for me!

Shorter hair?
by: Anonymous

My hair is a chin length bob, still annoying and tangly under a helmet. Will a raci-babi work for a shorter length? I saw pix of it--they are nice looking.

I second this suggestion,
by: Beth R

I've been using my Raci-Babi since I bought it at Spring Thunder Beach and it is awesome! I have extremely thick hair that is long (bra-strap length) and it takes about 30 seconds to put my Raci-Babi on and I'm ready to ride. No itching, no sweating - my head stays cooler in the helmet, and when I take it off, I bend over, fluff my hair and I'm ready to go- I can wear it all day long and it still doesn't make my hair flat.

This is a GREAT product! (and I'm not affiliated to this in any way other than a very grateful customer)

I agree! I just got mine in the mail. Speedy delivery. Very easy to put on and comfortable. I can't wait to get out on the bike and try it.

Where to Get One
by: Anonymous

It's called a Raci Babi, and I found it from a link right here on the Her Motorcycle site, to a business called 2UpTouring. Some of the do rags are supposed to be for wearing with or without a helmet, but I didn't pay much attention to that, because I never go anywhere without the helmet on!

Been using it for a week now - definitely having far better hair days since I got it!
