Cut it Off

After dealing with thick, long helmet hair on several long overseas trips, I finally solved the problem by cutting it all off! Now my very short hair finds its own style again after upending a bottle of water over it, which is great on hot trips! Another tip: don't waste expensive and precious bottled drinking water, but fill up a clearly marked used bottle with tap water from your hotel every morning and tuck it in your tank bag. For chilly days I just put on a cap after the helmet comes off.
