Places to stay in Sedona

Hi,

I would love to ride out to Sedona. Can you tell me how the weather is normally around Mothers Day weekend in Sedona? What is the schedule, types of events, etc. that are planned. I will be coming out from Riverside, California and would much rather ride all the way instead of pulling a trailer. Please forward me all of the information ASAP so I can schedule the time off work.
