Anissa with Anna, My 2007 Suzuki V-Strom

My bike is a V-Strom 650 (named Anna), a dual purpose bike. I use her to get to work every day and for rides with my friends on the weekends. Since we have quite a few gravel roads here in Tasmania, the versatile Strom is perfect.

It was like coming home when I first sat on her only a few month back and I love my bike and the freedom it gives me. I have added a lot of extras (engine guard, crash bars, bark busters, heated grips, Givi luggage system, Bagster tank bra & bag and headlight protectors).

I hope to do some touring in the long term and start to learn to do the servicing on my bike and get a basic understanding of how it all works together (trouble shooting).

Great Bike - Lots of Fun

Hi Anna....I recently purchased a 2011 DL650 ABS black on black V Strom and at first I was hesitant but love it now. Hand guards sure help in the Pacific Northwest (Silverdale, WA). Small Givi side bags, overall great bike.

I run an '05 DL650 in blue and love it to bits! Just such an easy bike to ride and it just eats the miles...
