THROTTLE DIFFICULTY

by Shelley
(Alton, MO, USA)

I'm having trouble with my V-Star Yamaha 650 in that when I am going slow and over rough terrain and need to turn left I have a tendency to pull on the right handle grip to bring the wheel back to straight but when I pull on the right handle grip I end up increasing the throttle (i.e. gun the engine). Any idea as to how I can cope and learn eliminate this problem?????

In stead of pulling on the right grip try pushing on the left grip. In the MSF course they teach you to push on the right to go left and push on the left to go right.
