Recently I had the opportunity to deal with 3 bike related companies for two issues that I had. I will start with the Metzeler Tire Co. Just about 14 months ago, I bought a used Suzuki c50 from an individual. I brought it to my local Suzi dealer in Biloxi, Mississippi and put a matching pair of Metz 880 tires on it. A few weeks ago while out on a ride at a pit stop, a friend noticed a series of small cracks in my sidewall, long story short...dry rot tire, less than 1200 miles in it and neither the dealer or the Metzeler Co would stand behind their product. New tire, Dunlop and another 150 bucks.

ON the other hand, Scorpion helmets honored a warranty on a helmet that got hinky, less than 6 months old and no questions asked! Great service great company!
