Looking for Custom Seat Reviews

I'm happy as a clam with my choice to switch from cruisers to a sport/tourer. However the seat and my age don't seem to go together. I'm in the market for a custom seat. I can't seem to find many women reviewing the big names, Sargent, Bill Mayer, Rick Mayer, Corbin. True that all butts are not created equal. However, I'm willing to bet that I'd get a better idea of my own butt comfort if I heard from any women who got one of these seats. It is a lot of money to spend and be wrong. If seen reviews of peoples' DIY custom seat, but that's not the direction I want to go.

If you have any experiences with buying a custom seat, good, bad, or otherwise, please let me know how it went.

Sargent!

I have a Ducati M620 and a Yamaha fz6. I put a Sargent seat on both bikes. I had the super cel foam and Daytona leather put on both seats. I had a problem with the fz6 seat, so I sent a few pictures in an email to Sargent. They immediately asked me to send the seat back to them. They completely redid the seat all at no charge. They called me when they got the seat and went over my concerns. They went above and beyond to make it right. I will put a Sargent seat on every bike I own. There was no break in time what so ever. My husband has a V-Strom DL1000 and put a Corbin seat on it. It took many hours in the saddle for it to be considered comfortable.
