Another "mark your calendar" event:

On behalf of Her-Motorcycle.com, I am pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Motorcycle Expo - and one of the more exciting Womens Motorcycle Events - the "Women in Motorcycling - Lifetime Achievement Awards - which will take place in Plymouth, California on May 31 through June 1, 2008. The pictures above were taken at this event in June of 2007

During this event, Real Women Ride and Biker Ally will present "Women in Motorcycling - Lifetime Achievement Awards" in four categories to recognize women who have made a positive and significant impact in motorcycling.

The categories include:

  • Women who have worked to make motorcycling better through promotion of the sport in the media by organizing events, or by projecting a positive image of motorcyclists through their actions or reputation;

  • Women who work with, or in the government at the state, local or federal level, including the MSF - to protect the rights of motorcyclists;women who promote safety and rider training - or advance street, trail or competition motorcycling riding opportunities;

  • Women sport bike riders who have excelled in bringing their sport to the forefront through their own actions or reputation

Read the official press release and view the event flyer - if you know of a woman who has made a significant impact in motorcycling, and would like to nominate her, please download and send in the nomination form.

For more information, call (916)927-0232.

AND, if you can - attend the event!
