2001 Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom

2001 Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom

I upgraded from a Honda Nighthawk 250 (it was the bike I learned on so I was comfortable with it at first). I bought a 2001 Yamaha V Star 650 Custom. I wasn't sure I could handle anything larger than the 250 I started out on. Glad I "man'd" up and tried a larger bike. I couldn't be happier!

VStar 650

I ride the VStar 1100 along with several other ladies I know. When I upgraded to a bigger bike it was because I wanted to stay up with the boys, but us ladies tear it up too.

Please don't say "Man'd up". I didn't man up when I went to a 1100 or when I got on one in the first place. It was MY decision, as a women. Please don't let "men" decide if you have to upgrade. I am WOMAN, Hear me RUMBLE!

Larger Bike

I started out on a 380 Suzuki, and went to a 750 Yamaha. I drove her for 2 years with only one leg. After loosing the other leg I went and got the 1800 Honda Goldwing with the Lehman trike kit. I love it.
