Women's Motorcycle Pants

I have women's Teknic motorcycle jacket. Our local dealer was demoing them a few years back but decided not to carry the line, so I can't try their pants on. I'm looking for pants because honestly, my leather chaps look stupid with my textile jacket. Hey, you've got to look good if you're brave enough to be out there riding, right?

I usually wear a size 6 jeans, but want to be able to have my jeans on under my motorcycle pants. Just using them when we're out riding and it gets chilly later into the day, or when we're riding at higher altitudes. I'm 5'9" and about 140#. I have a really long torso and arms, but my legs are shorter. Most of the pants I'm finding don't fit because the legs are WAY too long and the waist doesn't work for me.

Does anyone have a favorite brand and fit? And why are they your favorite?

Fashion vs Function

I wear leather chaps with my Joe Rocket textile jacket all the time and can care less how stylish it looks. I like to wear the chaps because they're comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and give me access to my jeans pockets.

Have you considered textile chaps? Or perhaps getting a leather jacket?

Chaps

I bought some rain chaps to keep in my saddlebag. They come in their own carrying bag and don't take up a lot of room. I don't always need my heavy leather chaps and these are great at breaking the wind and keeping bugs, dirt & light rain off your legs.
