D.O.C. Reversible Safety Vest

My husband and I started a new business (I know, sounds like a bad idea in this economy) specializing in motorcycle apparel. Missing Link MC Apparel. After our friend "Doc" was killed by a "distracted driver" last fall it motivated us to design a Safety Vest specifically for keeping riders safer out there when they ride. The vest is leather on one side, and fluorescent Cordura Nylon with reflective 3M ScotchLite tape on the reverse side.

We call it the D.O.C. Reversible Safety Vest with the acronym D.O.C. standing for "Don't Overlook Cyclists". We will donate $5 from each vest sold to Motorcycle Safety Education. If your group has such a program we will donate $5 to it as well.

Patches and pins can be applied to one side without having any effect on the other side due to our Patented hidden access panel design. The idea is this, when darkness or weather strikes you can reverse the vest to reveal the bright neon side for increased visibility. If you stop to eat or take a break you can reverse the vest back to Black Leather to take some of the eyes off of you as you eat.

We even have a "Pink" model coming that will donate $5 from each vest sold to the Cancer Society.

For a limited time we are offering the vest to end users for $65 each. After May, the price will revert to full retail, 109.95.

Black Ops vest

Have you guys thought about making the Black Ops vest in different styles? (ie. zipper front, high on the neck/collar [no collar] like a jacket with the sleeves removed) I really like the other features of the vest; black-out 3M tape, conceal carry, etc.

Men Sizes Too!

Thank you for your interest in our vests and for taking the time to pass on your question. We do carry a men's version of the vest in both HiViz Green and also Orange reversing to Black Leather.

Oh, I forgot to add that the Pink Vest designed for the Lynnda Laubach Breast Cancer Awareness ride is ONLY available in Women's sizing at this time (AND... they are running small). I am so glad you like it. The reaction we have gotten thus far on this vest is better than we could have ever hoped for. When people see it for the first time in person they are shocked that it is so well built yet so inexpensive. We are almost sold out of the first production run already and we've only had them in for a week. In fact, the sale has been so successful that we have decided to extend the introductory price of $65 for one more month.
