Women riding

Here in South Georgia there is no such thing as women only classes that I know of. We do a lot of Competition riding through the cone patterns and the women around here have sucked it up and learned to ride with the guys, and much of the time can kick their butts. It is a great feeling to pull into a parking lot knowing you can outride 90% of the guys. We tend to stay with something until we can do it where the guys in our area are too worried about dropping their bike. NEVER be intimidated when it comes to learing to ride.

Our local Harley shop

I just signed up for the Rider's Edge program at the local HD shop. They have a 3 day course every weekend, and from the look of it, once a month there is an all-women's class. I was in shop this weekend and they made me feel very welcome, not at all like an outsider in "man world." I didn't sign up for the women's class, as I really don't care~ the guys are going to screw up just as much as I will, but it's nice to know it was available. Oh, the HD shop also has Women's Garage Parties every so often. It's an after hours party for women to go try on gear, sit on the bikes, learn how to pick up a fallen bike, and meet other women riders in the area. :)

Womens only

I am not sure as I never found one in our area and I am outside Guelph. I had to take mine at Conestoga. I failed the first time by one mark and had to go back for another full day course (awesome) and got it then.

It was harder than I thought.
