Which motor scooter would best suit my 27" inseam 62kgs in weight

Hi, I am looking at purchasing a scooter and wondered if anyone could give me advice on the best motor scooter for my short frame as the one my son has i have to be on the end of the seat and on tippy toes to stand up. Does not feel safe to me.
