Wear a helmet liner!!!

Wear a good helmet liner DESIGNED for motorcycle helmets, like the ones from SLIKS. It makes a huge difference when you have the satin side against your head instead of the coated foam liner of the helmet. Do not wear a cotton "rag". It doesn't breath as well under a helmet as it does when worn as a shirt or jeans. Cotton is NOT good for that. Also make sure the helmet is a good fit. Do not make it too tight a fit. It needs to be snug fit but not too tight so it crushes your hair and skin. Click here to read or post comments.
