Waterproof Gear?

Hi,

My wife and I live in Alaska and both ride our own. The area we are in receives a lot of rain and milder temperatures so warm, waterproof gear is essential. Of course we just ride in our leathers if it's raining. I've been looking for some quality, full suit rain gear for my wife as she rides to work on an almost daily basis. And of course it rains on her every other day it seems. She needs something she can pull on over work clothes but there are few items I've found that seem close to the perfect set of rain gear. And secondly, gloves. She suffers from the mystifying ailment almost every woman I've known is plagued by... Cold hands. We got her heated grips but her winter weight riding gloves still don't quite cut it because they'll end up damp. Heated gloves may be in her future but at the very least a pair of well insulated, waterproof gloves is necessary. Any info on where to look would be much appreciated.
