I had ridden mini bikes as a kid, but that was a lifetime ago. My husband and I went to Cozumel and rented a scooter. When we got home to Flagstaff, I had the bike itch. Gas was getting expensive, and we live about 8 miles to the nearest grocery store. We went looking for a scooter, just for me to do errands around town. When we got to the bike shop and saw a WHITE Rebel......sat on it and came home with it. It was the first time I had ridden a motorcycle in my life. I thought how different can it be from the scooter, and the mini bikes I had ridden as a kid. It was pouring down rain, I was wearing shorts and sandals. Bought a helmet, and hit the road:-) Have had so much fun with the bike. I upgraded to my husbands Shadow, and had to give it a face lift, to make it MINE.......
