Triumph Bonneville America/Reviews from the Ladies Please

I have been riding for a year on my Honda 250 Knighthawk and am more than ready to move up. I have test driven many bikes in the last several months and just have not found the bike that suits me. I sat on a Triumph Bonneville America yesterday and loved the feel but have not ridden yet. I want to know if there are any ladies out there who have one and what they think.

Moving to a Bigger Bike

Well since my first post asking for advice on the America, I bought one and love it! It is such a great feeling to have found the bike for me. Everyone kept telling me to sit on and ride as many bikes as you can because it is really a personal fit for everyone. What is right for me is not suitable for the next gal. Good luck and safe riding.

Nighthawk to Triumph

This is my first season and I've got a 250 Nighthawk. This seems like a great learning bike. I'm looking forward to test riding bigger bikes next year. How's it feel to move up?

Thruxton

My guy has a 2011 Thruxton. Like you I drool over it. but I also have a hard time reaching the ground comfortably. Sooooo I bought a Bonneville just yesterday. It is also something to drool over and my feet touch the ground. My guys says you can modify the Bonneville to look like a Thruxton easily. But everything to him with a bike is easy. I will be changing a few things on the Bonnie. First is the high mirrors. Love the Bonnie. So easy to handle

Triumph

I'm a Triumph fan had a 2006 Bonnie my husband has a Sprint and I drool over the Thruxton every time I go to the dealer just wish it was lower to the ground like me. I have always liked our local Triumph dealer and they have been great to deal with. I can tell you the Triumph clothing is really nice I have several jackets very comfortable nice fit to.
