Throttle Problems

I bought my wife a 2003 V Star and I road it soon after we got it home and for some reason the throttle doesn't come down when I shift gears. I have noticed this each time I have ridden it. The local shop tells me they would have to clean the carbs first before knowing for sure if it's the cables which I think is the problem. HEPL!!!!!!!!! |
