This road was twisty and very lumpy. The bogs cause the road to sag and the condition eliminates most of the flat road and leaves you feeling like you are on the tail end of a roller coaster ride. The other really cool aspect of this road is that you can see a head for miles. There are no trees and the grass is not more than two feet tall. That allows you the use the entire road surface safely by spotting oncoming traffic from a distance. I was touring on a HD Heritage provided by Motorcycle Rentals Ireland and had a great time exploring Wicklow County on the wrong side of the road.
