Riding on the back - right knee aches after 100+ miles.

I'm trying to find info on how to help my knee. :) I see that everyone here rides their own bike. I'm not there yet. I ride with my bf on the back. He has moved the foot rest down and that helps some but this last ride my knee hurt so bad I couldn't wait to get off. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it!

Mine used to hurt also.

You can try Omega 3. It has really helped my bad knees more than anything else. My used to hurt whether I was on back or now on front also until my doctor had me to start taking Omega 3 for my blood pressure with my HB pills. I all of a sudden one day realized that my knees weren't hurting so bad any more. It is worth a try. I broke my tail bone years ago and found that it always bothered me more riding on back. Now that I'm on front that has stopped. I guess it was the way I was sitting on the seat. But I can relate to your hurting knees.

Knees

I agree, get your own bike, BUT when I had no choice then to ride on the back cause my bike broke down half way to Sturgis (500 miles to go), it was either don't go or ride on the back. I can attest, my knees hurt too. I just hung my legs down over the saddle bags, It relieved them a little. Also my daughter puts her feet on top of my thighs when she rides.
