purchasing a new fairing kit

i have seen some fairing kits i like most of the bike (2001 yamaha r6) is scratched thats why i would like to replace it. but i dont really want to change the tank design i think its alot of work. is their a way i can match the new fairing with the design and color on the tank or should i just get someone to paint the tank to match the fairing? would it be expensive?

there are a lot of after market fairings that are not so expensive look on line. Depending on the color of your bike black can look good with a lot of colors.
