Petite Sport Touring bikes?

Are there any sport touring bikes for petite (female) riders? I am 5' tall, with a 29" inseam, and I like the look of a sport bike, but not such a forward seating position. I think I would be more comfortable on a sport touring bike (or a cruiser, obviously, but I would prefer a sport touring bike), but I haven't seen anything small enough for me! Any advice? Thanks!
