I can relate girl... my significant other talks too much and I prefer to ride my "own" bike so I can just think about what I want and not be interrupted by 'conversation' that I am just not in the mood to have... now he wants to get headsets... LOL..

I loved your post. Short, sweet, and funny. After 30+ years of ignoring me and controlling me, my husband now wants to "understand" me. He thought the bike was a midlife crisis thing, but it hasn't gone away, and won't. Now that I've been on a bike 7 years, he's decided to get on the wagon too. He's scared sh*tless, but he has decided it's the only way to keep an eye on me.
