Me and My Heritage

I've been riding my bike for about 8 yrs now. It is a passion of mine that will never get old. I use to ride on the back of my husbands, but would look at his bike while he was away a work and wish I could ride my own. Well one day he brought me home a Honda Shadow 650. And that was the beginning of a love of motorcycle riding on my own. My next bike was a Sporty and finally my love today is my Heritage. I have been quite a few places on her. I love riding with my husband. But the trips with just the girls are the best. We feel free and wild and it is like nothing that I have ever experienced before. I look forward to every ride and every mile. We live in the Pacific Northwest and the country side is beautiful. I really do live to ride. My plate reads HD4Her and it sure is.

Wish I could find some women to ride with!

Nice bike and nice story. When I read the comments about women who ride with a nice group of other women I long for the same. I have been riding for only a year and have yet to find and connect with other women in my area who ride. I keep hoping though : ).

If any of you are in East Contra Costa County, CA give me a holler.
