NO..unless (and there's a LOT to consider)

Anytime you are thinking about trying to shoehorn a motor from an entirely different model, let alone an entirely different manufacturer, there are other things to consider besides the obvious issues such as welding new motor mounts. Are both motors "fully stressed" members of the frame, integral to the chassis? Will the frame dimensions allow for the the differences in height and width?

In addition to all of those, you also need to consider the peripheral issues such as placement of the lower controls (rearsets, shifting mechanisms, etc.) and the overall change in chassis dimensions regarding weight distribution.

Unless you are an EXPERT in building bikes from the frame up, don't even consider an idea, and don't let some wannabe shade-tree mechanic try to convince you it's easy...ALL of those things have to be carefully considered before and fully investigated and planned for prior to thinking about this.
