I have a 2007 suzuki m109r limited edition and lately when I ride it and give it throttle it feels like the back tire is flat what can this be caused from? the tire isn't flat

Begin with checking the tire pressure. Though the tire may not be flat, you'd be surprized how much difference just 5 psi makes! Also check tire wear.

From there, check your drive (I'm not familiar with your machine ...) chain/belt/shaft and sprokets for proper tension and wear.

Check your clutch adjustment and wear, then finally have your transmission checked.

Always start with the most simple/inexpensive things.
