Motor Backfires and Stalls

I own a 2001 heritage Softail classic. It backfires and it stalls. Would you know the source of the problem? Sparkplugs have been changed, throttle body cleaned, injector wires and connections checked, and coil wires checked. The problem got worst, now it stalled. I always use premium gas in my tank.
