So I guess that's a no on the bike and helmet matching then huh ... thanks.

I'm a girl and like color coordinating -- is that so wrong? But, my girlfriend bought me my 1st helmet (that matches HER bike btw) and I've been a backseat rider on her's for 2 yrs now. I wanna keep my helmet she gave me ... however, Ive just bought a bike of my own now that there is an automatic available -- I'd never get the hang of shifting. I don't like the look of a scooter, so never wanted to buy my own bike till I found an automatic motorcycle.

Anyway ... thanks for letting me know color coordinating doesn't matter much out on the road.

Hey thanks Quicklimegirl for your encouraging "stupid" remarks. Not all of us are born with the ability and knowledge of riding a motorcycle, and some of us don't have a guy handy to ask those stupid, ridiculous, asinine, nonsensical, and otherwise preposterous questions. Maybe someday we can all be as knowledgeable as you, since you seem to have been born with this knowledge. One would think you would want all us newbies to gleen all that wonderful information from you so we can all be safe riders!

I'm sorry, but....

...that's the single most STUPID question I've ever read here!!

Riding a Motorcycle is fun, exhilarating, liberating and good for the soul, but it's serious fun. What it's NOT is a fashion show. Anyone who thinks like that is a total idiot.

Another thing I find ridiculous is how many of the Cruiser riders seem to think they should be wearing one of those stupid beanie type helmets that offer almost no protection. Does buying a cruiser make some "riders" into idiot lemmings? Can one not think for themselves that their body and brain need protection in case of a crash??
