You need lights and indicators. We need all the help we can get to be noticed and to let people know what we're intending to do. We're just like an automobile, we must abide by the laws of the state.

if you notice not many car drivers use there indicators, i drive one of course, but ilike to know what bikes intend to do if one turns in front of you and your about to pass your going to come off worse, for your own good get indicators and lights, live longer

ummm...YEP!

The main reason for accidents is a vehicle turning left in front of a bike...because they don't see you or cannot judge your speed distance (usually blamed on the single headlight of a bike). Law-schmaw, ride safe and smart - you need lights!

Check the inspection laws in your state to find out if you need all lights. I think you'll find if you want to ride on the road you need all lights in working condition to pass a state inspection to get a license plate on it.
