I want to get a bike for my daughter for graduation

I have a daughter that has her motorcycle endorsement already, she is graduating from HS next June and we would like to get her a used bike as a grad gift. She is only 5'1" tall. I will get her a good pair of boots that might add another inch for her but that is it. She really likes the Honda CBR's, so my question is: Do I go out and buy her a bike or do we let her go out and pick out the bike she wants. I really believe that she would be happy, really happy, with anything I might choose, because it will be a big surprise for her. I dont honestly think she would regret not being able to choose it herself, but was looking for opinions on bikes for someone so short. Anyone hav any suggestions?

I agree that you should take her to look at bikes. A bike that fits her and he style is the best and safest. She will be so happy,
Wish my mom would have taken me years ago. She wouldn't let me ride. Oh well now I do.

Yes, I say surprise her by taking her to look at bikes. Let her pick out what fits her best. If the bike doesn't fit, she will not enjoy riding it as much. Too, bike selection is a very personal thing.
