I travel mainly N.Eastern ontario. and looking for women who ride solo, like camping fishing, and touring. maybe someone will see this, and we can start a travellers meetup riders group, on the road..maybe meet for some bike rallies? I dont do the big highways,(400 401, 427, 407.UNLESS no other choices.I like to small ones, and back or small main highways, like highway (2 Kingston Road) To Kingston.. or highway 7,12 35, or yonge street to take me into barrie, hitting all the small towns in between.. this summer, my plan to ride for a good 2 weeks, and see the sights.. then back home.. then go again.

looking for a female bike trip companion

My name is Beth and I live in Michigan not too far from the Detroit/Windsor border. I got a new bike this year and want to go on a bike trip somewhere later this summer. (I have been riding since 1999 and have gone on several trips) I am open to the where and when. I have a passport. I am easy to get alone with and like to explore and have fun. Let me know if you are looking for another female to go on a trip with.

Solo Women Riders

Hi J.
I am in process of starting a chapter of Women in the Wind (womeninthewind.org) geared primarily to solo riders. It will be more of a networking chapter, with a core group of ladies to share stories and adventures with, while having the wider organization to interact with as well.
This year's summer internationals will be in Lake George NY. There are currently chapters in Canada, the US, England and Autralia.
