How to maintain comfort on a supersport bike?

I love the power gains of a crotch rocket. whether it be 600cc,636cc,750cc or 1000cc. I've owned a 02 gsxr 600 and currently a 03 gsxr 750. I found a somewhat difference in both bikes. The 600 had a shorter gear range, IE: a 600s third gear would be a 750s second gear. I also found that the 750 had a longer frame and slightly heavier, bulky feeling. Although the power gains is quite noticeable, especially when you get on the throttle. My main concern is, I could never ride more than 100kms (60miles) before becoming irritated over the face of either throttle hand becoming numb, which really isn't too bad anymore as I've learned to overcome that, but main concern is getting comfortable. Legs seem to get numb after awhile almost like sitting on a toilet seat for too long! lol.

I know that most would say there's no real way to have a comfortable ride on a rocket. Suck it up and enjoy the gains you get that surpass any cruiser lol. Just wondering if anybody had any ideas or suggestions that maybe I haven't thought of?
