Getting Off Your Bike

by Gord
(Fort McMurray, AB, Canada)

I'm not a beginner, but this may help someone. When getting off your bike, put down your side stand and make it a practice to get off on the kick stand side. I tried to get off bike from other side when bike had lots of luggage on bike, and slid my leg almost off seat, but caught the edge and bike fell on top of me with no damage but was pinned and needed help from a bystander. I normally do this but this time I made a mistake.
