Fuel feed left on

Hey, I left my fuel feed to on for about a month without riding it and now my motorcycle won't start. I'm fairly certain it's simply because the line is clogged or... something... I feel like this is something I can fix myself if someone could tell me how. Please help.

Thanks,

-Bryan

Fuel Feed left on....
by: Two-Dogs

Have something ready to plug the fuel line,,leave the end attached to the petcock on it and take off the other...keep your finger over the open end...for a split second (with the open end pointed out towards the ground) take your finger off...if it comes through its not in the line..it could settle (the deposits from the gas) inside your motor or in the plugs causing them not to fire. If the gas doesn't come out the open end of the line...take off the end to the pit cock, turn you lever to the off position first, and either replace the fuel line or try blowing it out...hope this helps....
