First road trip - Ridin to Sturgis!

I live in central SD and am taking my first road trip to Sturgis this weekend on my Honda Shadow 600 VLX.

Anyone have any tips for long rides?

No hints from me. I am taking my first long ride this weekend also. I live in Eastern WY and we are going to the Black Hills next weekend. So it is not a long, long trip but the longest I have taken to date. I will be anxious to hear the comments generated. Have fun at Sturgis, we were there Sunday and as always, it is a blast. I put some pics up here of some of the sights we saw, the ones fit for publication anyway, lol.
