Expereinced Riders helping new riders

I think it would great if other experienced riders would offer to help other new riders, establish some type of posting board. I am a new rider signed up for the motorcycle safety course which is not till august 1st. With a month away it would be nice to have a buddy system of other women riders in my area to contact to ride with or give a couple hours of time to be with a new rider. I know of a one day seminar coming up here in Portland area, it will be July 18th at Beaverton Honda if other women in Portland have interest then contact the website Beaverton Honda it will list the sign up information.

Buddy system for gals

I found a great resource for buddying-up with more experienced riders...www.meetup.com. I'm in the Phoenix-Metro area in Arizona and we have several active clubs in the area. They are typically run by great people who do everything in their power to host a great trip and make a point to have rides for all levels. You can also post a request for a buddy on the page and set up a ride. Check it out for your area.

Hey Gina, I see you post alot and are taking a safety course soon. I too am taking one this month 17th- 20th and have been riding just 2 months. ...I wrote the plus size womans jacket ...anyways if you'd like to email back and forth....shadie77@hotmail.com. Buddy system
