how do you tell if the crank case oil is to low?

bikes have either a SIght Glass, or a dipstick. Id look for a sight gladd, small round window down low. If your oil is black and dirty, you may not notice its glass. Oil should be half way up the window.

JACK, check your dip stick. Look at your owners manual to find out where it is.
