Clutch Squealing

by Dragon Fairy

I just got a 2003 Buell Blast. To avoid the "knocking" in the single cylinder engine coming off a stop, you need to rev the engine somewhat. That's normal. What isn't normal is the squealing sound created while releasing the clutch if revved too high. It's like trying to find the sweet spot when I come off a stop. All I can compare it to is the same sound in a car's clutch when you release it too slowly when applying too much gas. The sound just doesn't make sense for a wet clutch. Any ideas?
