Casting call for women riders!!!

TV CASTING CALL - WOMEN WHO RIDE MOTORCYCLES

We're looking for women who love to ride motorcycles. This is for a new reality TV series.

We are currently searching for women of any age, who by day go about their jobs, but in their free time, love to ride their motorcycles. They might or might not have families or partners.

Doesn't matter if you are part of a club or an indie - or what type of bike you ride. As long as you're passionate about riding.

Please attach a headshot and resume and be sure to include your contact information. We'd also like to know your education and marital status. If you currently
don't have a resume, simply send a photo and brief description of your background.

Thanks
Regent Films

what have they produced?
by: Lady Cruz

Funny to read about a casting call for my sisterhood and can't seem to locate what Regent Films produced. I just feel if RF is holding a casting call, then they should have enough $$ to keep up their site. Anywho...I did see a video on youtube that might be connected... It's called Urban Curves TV. Looks like it's going to be fun to watch. No sure if there is a casting call, but they have 122 subscribers.

Hello,

are the emails still getting kicked back regularily?

My email went through and I got a reply ( posted below ). I used my gmail email address. That shouldn't make a difference but that is what I used.

by: Her-Motocycle Webmaster

Hello,

I have heard back from Regent Films and here is a portion of their email

"...Our
home page website is www.regentfilms.com we are a long time established
production company. This is a new venture for us we are going to be making
a reality based TV series that focuses on empowered women who love to
ride. We are currently casting 6 women for this project. We are also
sending our staff to some of the motorcycle events..."

I think its been posted already but I'd like to confirm that their website is www.regentfilms.com , and the
email address I used was lmccasting@regentfilms.com

Hope this helps.

Update- sort of
by: her-motorcycle.com Webmaster

Hello,

just noticed the comments that have been added to this post. I just sent off an email to the address supplied and now I wait.

It looks like the email went through from my end, but sometimes it takes awhile for an email to be kicked back if the other party's server is malfunctioning.

I'm going to leave this post up. There is a good chance they are being automatically notified of all the comments in this thread. They may respond to your comments and make clarifications.

If not I like to think we are helping somebody out by documenting our experiences with our comments.

I also can't find a website that appears to match up, so am also curious to know if this is "for real" or not.... Hoping the webmaster will do some research and then comment accordingly.

Proud Rider
by: Tracey

I have to say this is such an awesome idea. I have been riding for about 5 years now and I can honestly say that it is the one thing in my life that I just can't get enough of. I have met so many nice people along my travels. Just the other day I rode my bike to work and while I was riding I had such a euphoric feeling that I contemplated calling off. I do alot of riding by myself because my husband doesn't ride. But I also have met alot of people that I do ride with that I otherwise would have never have met. It has been such a life changing event for me and I look forward to riding until I am too old to get on my bike!!!
Have a Harley Day!!!
Tracey
