BMW F650CS

I was wondering, does anybody out there ride a BMW F650CS? If so, what are your thoughts in terms of reliability, safety factor, repair/maintenance and good value for cost? Thinking of getting a 2003 F650CS, but it's going to be a big investment. Also, I'm transitioning from a Honda CB250 - has anybody been in a similar situation and can offer some insight into how a BMW handles after riding a much smaller bike? Thank you for any comments.
