Bent Sub Frame

I have a 2006 Hayabusa LE that was hit in my work parking lot. The guy hit it hard enough to bend the kick stand and flip it over scratching every surface. I was told by the dealer after they conducted a crash analysis that the sub frame was bent.

What else could I look forward too if they didn't find all that is wrong? Could it have weakened the frame at all? Could it have stressed the main frame enough to cause a weak point? What advice can people out there give me if the insurance company won't total the bike and they rebuild it for me to ride?
